Yolente (pronounced as polenta with a Y,) is an actress born and raised in the Netherlands. She first became interested in pursuing acting as a career when she moved to U.S. as a high school ex-change student in Iowa and won an All- State competition for acting. She studied acting in college, a theater conservatory and the Sanford Meisner Center. Yolente has appeared in Dutch and American Commercials, theater film and tv. Besides acting she loves hiking, photography, traveling and is passionate about zero-waste.
